Asus Eee PC 900 reviewed
The first review of the new Asus Eee PC 900 has hit the web courtesy of CNET UK.
The most noticable change for the new Eee PC 900 from the previous model is the larger, 8.9-inch screen but its also sporting a multitouch trackpad (so you can do things like zoom in or out of pictures like the MacBook Air), new storage options (20GB for the Linux model and 12GB for the Windows version), 1GB of RAM, and a built-in 1.3-megapixel webcam.
Overall they liked it, giving it a score of 8.9 out of 10, but they don’t care for the keyboard or poor battery life.
The processor remain unchanged–it’s still an Intel Celeron–but look for one powered by Intel’s new Atom chip down the road.
