Yahoo facing 7 lawsuits (so far) over Microsoft bid

When Yahoo turned down Microsoft’s acquisition bid a couple weeks ago it was just a matter of time before disgruntled stock holders decided to sue Yahoo.
Reuters is reporting that four lawsuits have been filed in California Superior Court and three in Delaware Chancery Court.
“We do not believe, based on current knowledge, that any of the foregoing legal proceedings or claims are likely to have a material adverse effect on our financial position,” said a source at Yahoo.
